A booking fee of £100.00 is required, after confirmation of booking the deposit is non refundable. The out-standing balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date we cannot guarantee the reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing and if the holiday is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival then 50% of the total cost will be forfeited, 4 weeks prior to arrival 100% will be forfeited unless part can be offset by a late booking.
We do not provide bed linen but this can be hired and paid for locally. Please inform us at the time of booking if it is required. The mobile is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12noon on day of departure
We strongly advise clients to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover for accidents, theft and cancellation. Thia can be arranged by most banks and travel agencies. You can also apply for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) previously known as the E111 form, by picking up an application form from your nearest Post Office or by applying online www.dh.gov.uk/travellers (allow 7 working days for application to be processed). Please also ensure that your passport is up-to-date.
A £50.00 deposit is payable along with the final balance and will be reimbursed by post within 14 days of your return subject to the mobile being left in a clean and undamaged state. If cleaning services are required after the clients departure the minimum retention will be £20.00, any breakages should be reported to our managers so they can be replaced. No charges are made for small inventory damages.
